We can pick you up if you are within the area. However, we may not be able to provide pick-up service during peak season when traffic jams occur or depending on congestion. Please understand this in advance.

The maximum number of passengers allowed in one vehicle at the same time is two. Children (including infants) are counted in the same way as adults. Currently, we have three vehicles, so up to six passengers can ride in each vehicle if they are split up.

In the event of rain, the tour will be suspended for safety reasons.
Tours may be cancelled due to weather conditions other than rain, such as strong winds, snow, and lightning.
If the guided sightseeing tour you have reserved will be cancelled, we will contact you as soon as the cancellation is decided.
If we have received your deposit in advance, we will refund it. If the tour is cancelled after you arrive at the destination, we will not be able to compensate you for your travel expenses. Please understand this in advance.

You are free to eat and drink. Although the ride may be a little bumpy, please enjoy the ride while enjoying a light meal or drink (alcohol OK). There are no tables in the seats, but drink holders are provided.

You are not allowed to drive yourself. Our drivers will drive you safely to your destination.

Drivers can be placed on standby to stop at tourist attractions, stores, etc. There is no charge for a one-time standby (within 10 minutes); a standby fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each additional 10 minutes, and 1,000 yen will be added for each additional 10 minutes. If you would like to stop at a store or other place, please let the driver know. However, please note that we may not be able to meet your request if there is no space for you to stop or if the next customer has a reservation.

All of our vehicles are covered by passenger accident insurance and liability insurance (against bodily injury and property damage) as a precautionary measure against any eventuality.
